Timberland Investment Resources, LLC (TIR) is a registered investment advisor and a private Timberland Investment Management Organization (TIMO) dedicated to producing superior risk-adjusted timberland returns for its clients. TIR’s investment philosophy is centered on the belief that the timberland marketplace is inefficient. We believe that above-market investment returns can be identified and unlocked through rigorous and disciplined economic and biometric analysis coupled with on-the-ground field intelligence.
