Kevin Colin is a founding member of Timberland Investment Resources. Kevin began his career at KPMG Peat Marwick, where he spent four years in the Audit Group working primarily with middle market clients. Kevin left public accounting to join SC Hondros, a Southeastern regional builder and contractor, where he was Financial Officer. For the next 10 years, Kevin assumed increasingly responsible positions with Lend Lease Real Estate Investments (a $50 Billion real estate investment management firm) including Director of Planning and Forecasting; VP, Business Intelligence Group; VP & CFO, Investment Operations Group; and finally, Partner and Financial Officer for Lend Lease Capital Partners. While at Lend Lease, Kevin was responsible for business planning, financial reporting, and performance measurement at both the corporate and divisional levels.

Kevin is a graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University where he received a BS in Accounting and Finance, and University of Georgia where he received a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Kevin is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
